i didnt see much on like body parts....like ive seen drivers drift without their hoods....so if you didnt have a trunk would you still be able to drift as long as everything is taken out of the trunk?so it doenst fly out and hit somebody of course.

i have a question about roll bars for verts.

what do they look for on them? i know it needs to be a 4 point but how in depth do they look into it? is it as long as there is one in my car am i good?


i guess my all in one question is.. is there a rule sheet for said roll bars? i have a main hoop to make one for my car, i just have to get the rest of the piping and make it... i wanna get some rules before i start bending and notching so i know i wont have to re do anythin

They go by the broom handle rule. As long as you aren't tandeming, they aren't too strict about it. I mean, my autopower passes tandem spec and it's a bolt in.

iwhen i am ready to tandem i'll completely redo everything so i guess i will do the roll bar how i see best works for my vert and for safety

need to have the space of a broom handle above your head. It prevents you from smashing into it in an impact.

broom handle thickness from the very top of the hoop or the bottom of the horizontal part of the hoop?

I should be able to fit a broom handle between your head and the bar. IE i should see day light without the broom.

so yea top of your head to bottom of the bar.
