No, I understand. Tech didnt check the helmets, it should have been SA2005 all this time and we got away with DOT helmets.

Well, after seeing so many DOT helmets at the track a few weeks ago, I aquired one of my step-dad's old motorcycle helmets he doesn't use anymore. looks like I'm going to return it to him and get a rule abiding helmet ASAP. Don't want to skate by like others, I'd like to stay within the rules, as the penalties for not doing so are pretty "holy crap" in the GT world.
